Please read these terms carefully, as they form a binding legal agreement between you and OSD365 Limited. Your access to and use of the service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these terms.

Licensor: OSD365 Limited, located in Auckland, New Zealand, owns this software (WPSecure Personalization Packager) and issues per-device annual licenses for the personalization packages created using this software.

WPSecure Personalization Packager: Organizations can utilize this software to create unlimited personalization installer packages containing desktop backgrounds, lock screen images, Microsoft Outlook signatures, and video screensavers.

Personalization packages: Created using the WPSecure Personalization Packager, these packages can be deployed using software distribution tools such as Microsoft EndPoint Configuration Manager (SCCM), Microsoft Intune, or other similar tools.

The personalization packages are licensed on a per-device basis. Each license permits the installation of up to 5 packages on a single device.

License estimate and true-ups: Our licensing model operates on a trust basis, where organizations estimate their potential package deployment count. This initial estimate serves as the foundation for licensing. Annually, during the true-Up process, we verify the actual usage against the estimated count. If your organization has undercounted, additional licenses should be procured to align with the actual deployment numbers.

Termination: We reserve the right to terminate the subscriber’s license to use our software if the subscriber violates these terms and conditions or if required by law enforcement.

Warranty Disclaimer: Our software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability: We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use our software.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.
