Try Before You Buy

To support informed purchasing decisions, users are strongly encouraged to thoroughly evaluate the deployment of the WPSecure Personalization Packages before committing to a purchase of device licenses.

The WPSecure Personalization Packager enables the creation of unlimited personalization packages, allowing organizations to test its functionality across various use cases. This includes assessing compatibility with various Windows 10 and 11 environments, different Windows configurations, application coexistence, and internal security structures.

Users should also verify the performance of generated packages, including installation behavior and customization accuracy. Since system configurations and operational requirements can vary widely, it is essential to conduct comprehensive testing to ensure the Software meets your specific needs. OSD365 Limited does not guarantee universal compatibility, and purchasing without adequate evaluation is done at the buyers’s discretion.

User Responsibility

By using the WPSecure Personalization Packager and the Packages created using the Packager, users acknowledge their responsibility to ensure the Software is suitable for their intended use. This includes conducting all necessary testing and maintaining secure, stable environments. Users are also responsible for safeguarding any packages created using the Software and for understanding the implications of deploying those packages in live environments. OSD365 Limited is not liable for any issues arising from improper use, misconfiguration, or failure to test the Software adequately before purchase.

Before purchasing device subscriptions for WPSecure Personalization Package deployments, users must ensure that their environment meets all necessary prerequisites for successful operation. Following a comprehensive checklist of requirements is essential to avoid installation issues or performance limitations. For detailed guidance on these checks, refer to the documentation.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a refund only if the WPSecure Personalization Packager or the branding packages created with it fail to function as described in our product documentation (e.g., silent installation fails, packages do not deploy correctly via supported tools like Microsoft Intune or Endpoint Configuration Manager).

Refunds are not available for:

  • Subjective dissatisfaction (“not liking it,” preference changes, etc.)
  • Issues arising after branding packages have been deployed to production.
  • User configuration errors, compatibility issues outside our supported environments, or misuse

To request a refund, email support@wpsecure.shop within the 14-day period. Include your order/transaction number and clear proof of the issue (screenshots, error logs, deployment details, etc.). We will review promptly; approved refunds are processed via Paddle within 7 business days.
