1. Introduction
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the WPSecure Personalization Packager software (“Software”) and the deployment packages (“Packages”) created using it. The Software is developed and licensed by OSD365 Limited (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By installing, using, or deploying Packages created with the Software, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. These Terms are intended to ensure responsible use, protect intellectual property, and clarify the rights and obligations of both the user and OSD365 Limited.
The WPSecure Personalization Packager is designed to help organizations create and deploy customized desktop experiences across managed Windows devices. These experiences may include wallpapers, lock screens, Outlook signatures, Teams backgrounds, and more. The Software is intended for enterprise use and integrates with modern deployment platforms such as Microsoft Intune and MECM/SCCM.
This document outlines the conditions under which the Software and its Packages may be used, including device-based subscription requirements, trust-based true-up licensing, trial evaluation terms, audit rights, and restrictions on misuse. It also explains the responsibilities of users regarding compliance, third-party components, and legal jurisdiction. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Software or any Packages generated by it.
2. Licensing and Subscription Requirements
Use of the WPSecure Personalization Packager and the Packages it generates requires a valid subscription issued by OSD365 Limited. Subscriptions are device-based, meaning each physical Windows device where a Package is deployed must be covered by an active license. Licenses are non-transferable between devices and must be renewed annually unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unauthorized use, duplication, or distribution of the Software or Packages without a valid license is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of access and legal action.
3. Trial License and Evaluation Guidance
Organizations may request a trial license to evaluate the WPSecure Personalization Packager before committing to a subscription. The individual representing the organization will be granted temporary authorization to install and deploy Packages created using the Software. This trial license permits use on up to five physical Windows devices for a period not exceeding 30 days. The trial is strictly for evaluation purposes and may not be used for production environments or any non-trial activities. We strongly recommend using the full-featured trial to explore the Software’s capabilities, assess compatibility with your deployment infrastructure, and make an informed decision regarding purchase and licensing.
4. Trust-Based True-Up Licensing Model
To support flexible deployment across dynamic environments, WPSecure Personalization Packager offers a trust-based true-up licensing model. Under this model, organizations may deploy Packages to additional devices beyond their initially licensed count, provided they report actual usage during the designated true-up period. OSD365 Limited will issue periodic reminders to submit device counts, and organizations are expected to reconcile any overages by purchasing additional licenses. This model is designed to foster trust and operational agility, but failure to report accurately or reconcile usage may result in suspension of services or revocation of licensing privileges.
5. Third-Party Audits
To ensure compliance with licensing terms and fair usage of the WPSecure Personalization Packager, OSD365 Limited reserves the right to initiate audits, which independent third-party auditors may conduct. These audits may review deployment records, device counts, and usage logs to verify adherence to subscription limits and trial restrictions. Organizations will be notified in advance and are expected to cooperate fully by providing the requested documentation and access. Refusal to participate in an audit or discovery of significant non-compliance may result in immediate suspension of services, retroactive licensing charges, or legal action.
6. Restrictions on Use
The WPSecure Personalization Packager and the Packages it generates may only be used in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws. Users may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Software. Packages may not be modified, redistributed, or repurposed outside the licensed organization without prior written consent from OSD365 Limited. The Software and its outputs must not be used in any unlawful, harmful, or misleading manner, including but not limited to impersonation, unauthorized branding, or deployment in environments that violate user privacy or security policies. Additionally, the Software and Packages must not be used to promote or facilitate hate speech, terrorism, violence, harassment, discrimination, or any other activity that threatens public safety, incites harm, or violates human rights. Any such misuse will result in immediate termination of access and may trigger legal consequences.
7. Termination of Access and Enforcement
OSD365 Limited reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the WPSecure Personalization Packager and its associated services at any time, with or without notice, if a user or organization is found to be in violation of these Terms. Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to, unauthorized use, breach of licensing conditions, failure to comply with audit requests, or engagement in prohibited activities such as promoting hate, terrorism, violence, or other unlawful acts through the Software or its Packages. Upon termination, all rights to use the Software and any deployed Packages shall cease immediately, and the organization must uninstall all related components. OSD365 Limited may also pursue legal remedies or report violations to relevant authorities where applicable.
